Counseling
I offer counseling services as part of my Clinical Mental Health Counseling internship, under supervision through Nature of Therapy. My counseling work is relational, integrative, and embodied. I work both in the office and alongside horses, serving children, teens, adults, and families. I specialize in a whole systems approach to trauma, complex PTSD, chronic illness, adhd, neurodivergence, and nervous system support. I support adults in integrating insight with embodied regulation and youth in feeling safe and empowered to be uniquely themselves.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
I offer Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) both as a standalone modality and as part of an integrated somatic coaching approach. BCST supports the body's own capacity for self-regulation, working gently with the nervous system toward greater ease and coherence. I work with the nervous system's patterns of chronic activation and shutdown, often at the root of long-standing tension or dysregulation.
About
Since 2016, I have practiced coaching work in both personal and corporate settings through Emergence Leadership. Since its inception, my coaching work has been deeply interwoven with horses, and I am grateful to be able to continue to practice and facilitate in this work through EquusLibere and Bridging Unicorns alongside my beautiful herd of rescue horses. My passion for working with whole-system, bottom up development led me to the Colorado School of Energy Studies, a renowned school for somatic therapeutic approaches, where I certified in cranial sacral therapy and where I am currently engaged in additional certifications as a level 1 Polarity Therapy Practitioner. I am also currently pursuing an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In my work with clients, I cultivate a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their hearts, bodies, and minds — and to allow their unique development process to unfold.
